In the past 15 years, we worked with hundreds of students of all ages & from all walks of life. Over & over again we noticed that a lot of people, especially adults, neglect their well-being and forget that they are human-beings, not human-doings.
We try to reconnect our students with themselves through the power of music and methods of mindfulness.

Pedro* worked 10 hour days and was very close to a burn-out. We used his guitar lesson to re-connect him to a more mindful experience of life using a mixture of meditation, improvisation, songwriting & learning classical pieces.
Shanice*, a young teenager with OCD & confidence issues, started to write songs with us and her condition and overall well being was positively affected by it.

Sam* suffers from anxiety. German was not just a language they wanted to learn but also gave us a chance to throw a bridge to their wellbeing. In Vitamin D, we combine “Deutsch” with actual Vitamin D while walking.
Claire* had the feeling, time was running too fast. Drumming not only was a great valve for her stress but we also introduced her to FIRSTS THIRST.
