WHAT DO GABRIELLA & STEVE HAVE IN COMMON?

Nora

Our 2nd in person workshop at the Brighton Fringe Festival saw these eager participants getting rid of their stress hormones with the aid of...

  • MOVEMENT: Hitting the often-mentioned cushions, but also jackets, pots, chairs & a wallet

  • REFOCUSSING: Entangling themselves in a sound spiderweb

  • CREATIVITY/EXPERIMENTATION: Accompanying a story with sound, created by objects and instruments

  • LEARNING: Drumming various rhythms using left/right combinations & being overly satisfied that they managed to hit the last note of a piece all at the same time

  • COMMUNITY, LEARNING, MOVEMENT: Laughing away while trying to walk in Quavers (“Gabriella”) and Crotchets (“Steve)

While waiting for more in person pop up classes, come along to our online classes to walk in Gabriellas and Steves as well.
